Your photos stay yours

You may publish only photos you own or have the right to publish. By publishing, you allow WallPixelArt to show them on the wall, in the slideshows and across the site. You can remove your artworks at any time.

Want to use an artwork you found here?

Every artwork belongs to its author, all rights reserved. WallPixelArt does not grant licences and is not a party to any agreement: to reuse an artwork, ask the author directly from their profile. Any arrangement is solely between you and the author.

Invited from Instagram or Threads

If you joined from a personal link we sent you on Instagram or Threads, that profile is linked to your account and shown on your public profile: the link was made for that profile only, so we know it is you. You can remove it from your profile whenever you want.

What is not allowed

Illegal content, hate or harassment, sexually explicit material, gratuitous violence, other people's private data, spam, and any automated or coordinated voting.

No money is involved

Visibility cannot be bought. Position on the wall is decided by votes only.

Moderation

The staff can remove an artwork or close an account that breaks these rules, without prior notice.

The service as it is

WallPixelArt is offered as is: we do our best, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Changes

These terms can change over time. The version on this page is always the one in force. Questions: info@wallpixelart.com.

What we keep

Your email, your password (encrypted — never readable, not even by us), your nickname, and whatever you add: avatar, cover, bio, social links and your artworks.

Cookies

Technical ones by default: your session, the language you picked, and a signed cookie that recognises your vote. If you accept from the banner, we also use Google Analytics to count visits — analytics run only with your consent, and you can say no. No advertising and no ad profiling, ever.

Your IP address

Kept only as an irreversible fingerprint, to limit abuse such as repeated voting. The original address cannot be recovered from it.

Views

We count one view per person per photo, so the number means something. It is a count, not a record of what you looked at.

Your rights

You can see and change your data from your profile, and delete your account whenever you want: artworks, votes and files are erased for good. To ask for a copy of your data, write to info@wallpixelart.com.

Who is responsible

WallPixelArt is the data controller. For anything about your data: info@wallpixelart.com.

Notifications on your phone

If you allow notifications in the Android app, we keep a code for your phone from Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google), used only to deliver WallPixelArt notifications. Turn them off in Profile → Settings, or delete your account, and the code is erased.
